Unity of the Midlands Music Ministry invites you to:
A Sound Healing: Releasing 2023
When: Saturday, December 30th, 3:00-5:00 pm
Where: 1801 Legrand Rd, Columbia, SC 29223
Cost: Suggested $20 love offering, though all are encouraged to give as they feel they have received.
Registration: None. Just show up, all are welcome and included, come as you are. (And all means all.)
Through toning, chanting, tuning forks and a sound bath you’ll experience an energetic release of everything you choose not to take with you into 2024.
Wear comfortable clothing. No experience required. All are welcome!
Bring plenty of water (no food please).
Chairs are available, though feel free to also bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, etc. for laying down if you want.
Bring your journal or a notebook/paper and a pen. (Materials will be provided if there is a need.)
Please come with a high intention of receiving exactly what you need in order to let go of the old and welcome the new!
